The Elder & Estate Planning Law Firm team is made up of professionals with extensive experience in the fields of estate planning, trusts, and long-term care planning including Medicaid and Attendance planning.
Mark Easley – Principal
Mark graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1990 and also earned a B.S. from John Brown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Tulsa. As a practicing attorney, Mark is dedicated to the fields of elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate planning. Mark is also a Member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Shelly Tidwell – Medicaid Specialist
Shelly began her career in the field of law in 1984 in the county seat of Jefferson County, Missouri and has continued to work in both corporate law and at small firms. Shelly received her associates’ degree in Paralegal Studies in 2011 and worked in family law prior to joining the Elder & Estate Planning Law Firm and QMC in March 2018. Over the course of her three years at the firm, Shelly has successfully handled hundreds of Division of Assets and Medicaid applications, as well as administration of Estates through the Probate process with the guidance of attorney, Mark Easley.
